Hand signed in pencil on the bottom right with an annotation of 221/325 on the bottom left. Published circa 1950s. A whimsical composition of a female figure posing in an elegant black dress standing next to flowers, fruit, and cocktails. Philippe Noyer (1917-1985) was one of the most sought-after portraitist painters of Paris and London high society. His oil paintings and watercolors are in prestigious museums, collections and private collections. Provenance: London Arts Group, Detroit. Dimensions: 39.25âh x 26âw (unframed). In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
