Original Signed Watercolor Landscape by Robert E Woide, Framed and Untitled

A somber and contemplative original watercolor depicting a landscape in grey scale by American artist Robert E Woide. Proceeds from this sale will be donated to The Sight Center of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, which helps people of all ages work, learn, play, and live independently with permanent vision loss. Dimensions: 24.25h x 30.25w (framed). In very good condition.  

Robert E Woide (1928-2007) created abstract oil paintings and watercolors and experimented in photography as well as computer graphics. Woide became an artist, educator and entertainer after graduating from Cleveland Institute of Art and Kent State University, where he earned a master’s degree.  He was an art instructor and director of fine arts in the Cleveland School District from 1952 to 1985; the supervisor of the education department at the Cleveland Museum of Art from 1952 to 1980; professor of art education at Case from 1985 to 1998 and vice pre1715t of community education at University Circle, Inc. from 1985 to 1998.
