New York’s Tiffany Studios ‘Belted Turtleback’ Chandelier

The “Belted Turtleback” Chandelier by Tiffany Studios New York is a refined study in monochromatic expression. Separated into three distinct tiers, the conical lamp shade offers a marriage of subtly opposing forces. The uppermost tier features rectangular panels of yellow green that graduate in size in size as they descend, eventually being interrupted by a band of richly undulating emerald green glass in a horizontal orientation. The lowermost tier features regularly sized rectangular panels, but in this instance in another horizontal orientation. The shade hangs from a reproduction bronze canopy.
